Bush days.

Since Bush are supposed to be releasing a record — Everything Always Now — in February, but haven’t announced as yet when that will be, I find I’m growing a bit impatient. My favourite band in the whole world, having waiting ten years between their last albums, are still holding very tightly onto some key pieces of information.

Since I’m getting so frustrated about it, and getting waaay back into listening to Bush music, I’ve decided that I’m going to have Bush Days here: for every day in February that we still don’t have a Bush album or news of a tour, I’m going to post some photo, video, story, or more to do with Bush.

Though this isn’t a music blog as such — despite it being a heavy focus these past handful of years — I’m so excited about this coming release that I’m going to make it scream Bush until my wait is over. How, you ask? I’ll be watching how these fan sites do it and I’ll figure out something I can do to contribute:

I know that there are very likely more fan sites out there that I’m not listing (my own ended around 2003, unfortunately), so if you know one, leave a note about it in the comments and I’ll see it gets mentioned. In the meantime, let’s have ourselves a little peaceful Internet protest.

  1. […] the article is a small feature on the Bush Army website (imaged), and there’s more: when I do Bush Days here on my blog, posts and material are going to be fed through and featured on the Bush Army blog […]
