One week in, I decided to do a quick update as to how it’s been going since deciding to cut all liquids from my diet with the exception of water. It’s been simply nightmarish, as it’s pretty easy to lose one’s thirst for water (I suppose that could only be true of nations like ours here, where we have water flowing from the taps and all, I didn’t mean any insensitivity), and without the added caffeine or sugar in my system, I’ve been crashing a little harder, and more frequently, and everywhere I go.
I have still been having troubles with acid and the like, and it’s been a little difficult though I’ve noticed a difference. My apologies to you if I’ve fallen asleep in a conversation we’ve had recently.
On the bright side, I now weigh in at 200 lbs even, four pounds lighter than one week ago. I feel this could be indicative of a trend (I mean, losing a few pounds each week might be nice). So that’s a little bit of good news.
