It’s been a lot of fun having such nice weather for the past couple of days, and my friends and I have been looking for ways to get out and enjoy the sunshine, while maybe getting some exercise.
At work, we’ll go for walks around the downtown core, or play hackey-sack on our breaks. Today, we went to a local school and threw around a baseball and a frisbee. I have to say, though, it was while playing frisbee that I realized that the most exercise we were getting was from chasing stray tosses over fences.
“Yeah, so… we went to the park with a frisbee, had some cool moments, epic catches, yadda yadda yadda, now my ankle is broken.”
