Sleep log.

Night One
Laid in bed wearing that mask and machine for over two hours, and wasn’t able to fall asleep once. Poor, poor night of sleep.

Night Two
With a different nose piece and a few adjustments, I managed to get some sleep. Two things, though – firstly, the mask hurts so much, and I woke up with my lip and nose (where the nose piece rests) in horrible pain.

Secondly, I’m wondering where the restful sleep is… and more specifically, if I’m going to wake up one morning soon feeling like a million dollars or not. I’ve had the same quality of sleep for so long, I can’t even imagine what it’s going to be like…
