If you look back to last February, you won’t see any sign that Nicole and I met up again on 12th, started speaking, and decided to get back together again on the 13th. Due to sensitivity to a number of things, the fact stayed quiet for a short while, though there are allusions to it in some of the entries I wrote.

We didn’t really celebrate Valentines Day last year, and hadn’t been together too long for the one the year before, but this year is going to mark the start of a new tradition, the start of something personal and romantic and unshakable. Nicole makes me a better person, and strive to be so, and as much any day of the year she deserves to be celebrated in such a way.

But if I could share any one thing with anyone who might read this, it’s that you really can never tell what is in store for you, in terms of love and life, even if you dare to think you’re starting to get things figured. Whether you’re with a significant other or thinking about the positives in the relationships in your life or whatever, I hope this Valentines is a truly good one for you.
