Five stars for ‘Seven Pounds’.

Due to a hectic school schedule, Nicole and I had to break our Tuesday night movie dates in September, and haven’t been out to see a movie since. Now that the semester is over (and the Christmas holidays haven’t yet finished), we’re able to take it up once again.

And what better a movie to get back on track than Seven Pounds? Nicole spent most of the movie in tears, though she made a great point in her defense: looking back on The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, who would’ve thought that Will Smith would turn out to be as good an actor as he is?

The movie and plot itself sort of revolve around secrecy and twists, so it wouldn’t be fair for me to reveal anything here. But take a date to see it, you won’t regret it.
