Prof. Ludwig von Drake — The Spectrum Song

Since Nicole’s leaving for home first thing in the morning on the train, we’re trying to make the most of our remaining weekend; I sadly won’t see her again until Christmas Eve, after a long drive home after I finish work.

So we’re watching Christmas specials on tv – and have just finished Mickey’s Christmas Carol – during which we got to talking about the Duck family. Erica is getting into the Disney characters, and has this movie on DVD that features Professor Ludwig Von Drake, whom we got to talking about.

Von Drake was one of my favourite characters in the specials I saw growing up, and I’m certainly very pleased to see that he’s carrying on in recent films. Nicole and I got to reminiscing about him, which resulted in finding the above clip on Youtube – a selection from his 1961 tv special, An Adventure In Color. Pure entertainment genius.
