How To Rob A Bank.

Being a fan of Gavin Rossdale for many years, I’ve heard of many of the man’s projects and ventures that many people haven’t. One such thing is this film, How To Rob A Bank, which I watched tonight for the first time.

The movie is very indie in feel, but still very slick for a low-key crime/thriller film. I’m not sure of the specific release details, excepting to say that I think it was only released to limited theatres (and not in Canada). And it’s a shame, cos this movie is capable of making 80 minutes fly by like nothing else.

Though I felt Gavin’s performance was perhaps a touch wooden (but only) at the start of the film, director Andrews Jenkins really did get good performances out of the cast. Erika Christensen seemed especially capable and convincing, and Nick Stahl was quite entertaining. Definitely worth the download.
