Bobby Foley is a Canadian male residing in an apartment, in a building that is on a street in the former south end of London called ‘Wortley’. Which, as we all know, is the one-time capital-designate of the Province of Ontario in the former Dominion of Canada, est. 1867.
Bobby is a creative individual, oft experimenting in a variety of media to express the various thoughts and feelings he encounters on a daily basis.
